A.) A .pdf file. Because it is the most stable, least problematic of virtually any multi-page document file.
Q.) What is a .pdf file?
A.) Portable Document Format - Virtually any file can be con¬verted into .pdf format, either by the native software or by any of a number of online companies. .pdfs are exceptionally stable, meaning that there is no concern over common problems such as reflow and font issues. We encourage all of our customers to provide us with a pdf if at all possible.

A.) This term describes the movement of text in a document from its original position.
Q.) What file formats do you accept for cover files?
A.) A cover can be created in any of a number of programs; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, QuarkXpress, Adobe Indesign, etc., and, in a pinch, even in MS Word. We can accept digital cover files in any of the above files types as well as pdfs, .tif, .eps, .jpg, .bmp, and many others.
Q.) What does dpi stand for?
A.) dots per inch

Q.) What is a barcode?
A.) A barcode is necessary only if you plan to sell your book through national book chains.
Q.) What is the largest area I can print on?
A.) We are able to print up to 51 inches in width and up to 150 feet in lenght.
Q.) Will having color in my banner increase the price of my banner?
A.) No. Our cost to you is based on square footage of the sign, not the amount of color.
Q.) What kind of file do you need for wide format printing?
A.) We can use a wide variety of digital files. PDF’s EPS’s JPEG’S and TIFF’s are our most commonly used files.
Q.) What is the best way to set up my file?
A.) To avoid pixelation and keep printing as clear as possible, we ask that all files are at least 200dpi and are at least at half size. In other words, if your banner is going to be 4ft tall x 8ft long, then your file needs to be at least 2ft tall x 4ft wide. The higher resolution of your file, the clearer and shaper your print will look.
