Printing done from a computer generated file on a digital printer or copier.  Banner Press uses a Xerox 5000 for all color printing and a Xerox 6115 for black copying and printing.  The Xerox 5000 can print 2 sides with one pass on sheets of paper, size 8.5 x 11 up to 12.6 x 19.2 inches.  Weights of paper is from 20# text up to 130# cover, both coated and uncoated paper.  The Xerox 6115 can print 2 sides with one pass on paper size 8.5 x 11 and up to 11.5 x 17.5 inches and weights from 20# text and up to 110 # cover on uncoated paper only.

Banner Press can bind books in a wide range of methods.  Perfect Bind, Saddle Stitch, Wire-o-Bind, Sprial Bind with plastic coils and Custom make 4 color Hard Bound book covers.  We also use Library grade imitation leather with foil stamping.  We use Unibind ready made covers.  Banner Press can case in perfect bound books.

Banner Press is also able to help with almost any of your wide format needs. Our wide format machine is a Roland SolJet ProIIV SC 54EX print and cut. Using our Roland we are able to print on a wide varitity of media such as, vinyl banner material, coated matte poster paper and even artist canvas for beautiful art reproduction. We have the capabilitiy of printing up to 51 inches wide by 150 feet long. Our built in plotter is perfect for small runs of full color custom cut vinyl stickers or vinyl lettering.

We can offer custom made full color printed shirts for every occation. We can print on light colored 100% cotton shirts through a process called Chromoblast™. ChromaBlast™ is a unique patented ink and media combination driven by powerful print software to create the best cotton imaging system available. As heat and pressure is applied to the cotton, a chemical cross-link with cotton occurs. The result is a customized cotton shirt with soft feel, vibrant color and superior washability. We use an Epson Stylus PRO 4800 for printing and a IDeck D2 heat press to achieve the chemical cross link. We also offer printing on 100% polyester garmets.

We are able to print on a wide range of ad-specialty products and personal girfts. Everything from coffee mugs and key chains, to vanity license plates and computer mousepads, to drink koozies and coasters...and that is only the begining! Using our Epson Stylus PRO 4800 and IDeck D2 heat press, we utilize a process called Sublimation.

Sublimation is a versatile method of digitally imprinting photo-quality images onto a range of products. This technology uses specialty sublimation inks to permanently dye a variety of synthetic “blanks,” (that we provide) delivering a personalized and customized product to exact specifications without limitations on color. Our sublimatalble products make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries or even awards.
